Accounting Manager – Manufacturing
Location: South Metro (onsite then remote flexibility)
Base salary: $120,000–$150,000
Bonus: 10–12% target

This is a newly created role intended to strengthen day-to-day accounting operations, improve internal controls, and provide additional leadership across core accounting functions.

About The Role
- Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis and support financial reporting
- Oversee day-to-day AP and AR processes and provide guidance to a small, tenured team
- Support audit activities and SOX-related work
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Partner cross-functionally to support business needs and improve processes
- Newly created position with strong visibility and ownership

- 5–10 years of accounting experience

- CPA or progress toward a CPA is strongly preferred
