About The Opportunity

Our client is a large, multi-location distribution organization experiencing significant growth and operational transformation. They are seeking an Accounting Manager to support accounting operations, improve processes, and help scale the finance function as the business continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close and review general ledger activity
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
• Support external audits and internal controls compliance
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• Strong GL, close, and financial reporting background
• Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
