Position SummaryCFS Site Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a premier client location in Fremont, CA. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing janitorial and facility support operations, maintaining exceptional client relationships, ensuring quality standards are achieved, and supporting nearby client accounts throughout the Bay Area.
The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary liaison between CFS and the client while leading employees, managing consumables and inventory, conducting inspections and audits, performing client walkthroughs, and ensuring all services are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and client requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both supervisory and operational support as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support day porters, janitorial staff, waste handlers, and other facility support personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, concerns, and service-related communication.
- Conduct daily inspections, quality audits, and routine walkthroughs to ensure service excellence.
- Perform regular client meetings and facility walkthroughs to review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage onsite inventories of cleaning chemicals, consumables, PPE, janitorial supplies, and equipment.
- Order, receive, organize, and distribute supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitor supply usage and proactively replenish inventory to prevent service interruptions.
- Complete inspection reports, audit documentation, corrective action plans, and service reports.
- Train, coach, and retrain employees on company SOPs, safety requirements, cleaning procedures, GMP practices, and client expectations.
- Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development.
- Coordinate employee schedules, staffing coverage, and shift assignments.
- Support nearby CFS client locations by conducting inspections, audits, employee training, quality reviews, and operational support as needed.
- Investigate and resolve service-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety procedures, and company policies.
- Assist with special projects, deep cleaning activities, floor care projects, and emergency service requests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive working relationship with clients, vendors, and employees.
- Participate in monthly operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial services, facilities management, hospitality, manufacturing, cleanrooms, laboratories, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, quality assurance reviews, and client walkthroughs.
- Inventory management and consumables tracking experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile workforce management applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel between local client locations when needed.
- Experience working in GMP facilities, laboratories, cleanrooms, or critical environments is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
