Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Purchase and Procurement professional based in Delhi, OH. The role involves managing end-to-end international sourcing, including identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and finalizing purchase orders. The professional will coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material and service requirements, plan procurement schedules, and ensure timely availability of goods. Daily tasks include monitoring shipments, handling import documentation and compliance, tracking delivery timelines, and resolving any supply chain or logistics issues. The role also includes maintaining vendor relationships, assessing supplier performance, optimizing costs without compromising quality, and preparing regular reports on procurement activities and spend analysis.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate quotations, compare supplier offers, analyze total landed cost, and monitor procurement performance metrics.
- Effective Communication abilities to coordinate with international suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, and to prepare clear documentation and reports.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand pricing structures, payment terms, duties and taxes, and to support budget planning and cost control.
- Customer Service orientation to respond promptly to internal stakeholders’ requirements and ensure continuity of supply for operations and projects.
- Sales and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, build long-term vendor partnerships, and support value-driven procurement strategies.
- Prior experience in international purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a multi-industry or facility services environment.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation (LCs, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or procurement software; ability to manage data and generate reports.
