As a member of Winco/GET, a division of CFS Brands, The Warehouse Supervisor for the second shift (3pm to 12:30am Monday to Friday with occasional weekends) will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse activities during the evening hours. You will lead a team of employees in different functional areas in the warehouse environment including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, storing, etc. to ensure smooth operations and comply with safety procedures.

- Manage a team of 30 employees by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Plan, develop, implement warehouse operational process and procedures in conjunction with company and business needs.
- Meet warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain and ensure physical conditions of warehouse and facility in compliance with OSHA and security policies.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplish warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring the secure closure of the building at the end of each shift, including locking all doors, activating security systems, and performing a final walkthrough to verify that all safety protocols are met
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong computer and technology skills MS Office and WH Software
- Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and management skills to include the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly
- Must be able to frequently walk, bend, push, and lift up to with 50 lbs.
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
