What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Truck Driver for Hire position at CFR Trucking, LLC?
CFR Trucking, LLC is looking for an experienced driver who is hard-working and have the willingness and motivation to succeed, to join our team!! Candidates must have at least three years of trailer driving experience and have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A). The pay rate is $60.00 per load.
Essential Job Functions:
- Transport materials to and from specified destinations in a timely manner.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Obeys traffic laws and follows transportation procedures.
- Submit weekly vehicle maintenance reports.
- Must be physically fit to perform job duties.
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Bring a high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity to controlling a tractor-trailer and preventing damage to materials and trailer equipment.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, background screening, as well as a drug test.
