WI. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for ensuring accurate
accounting records for receipts and/or disbursements. Duties include
performing a variety of bookkeeping and accounting tasks, applying
accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting and
other financial records, and preparing financial, statistical, and/or

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business related degree or
equivalent work experience. 1 - 3 years\' accounting experience;

journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business
transactions; enter data into computer system using defined computer
programs (Epicor) Perform the accounts payable functions of invoicing,
GL coding, and purchase order matching. Perform the accounts receivable
functions of invoicing, collections, and aging. Perform account
reconciliation, intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet entries, and
journal entries. Participate in process improvement initiatives to help
automate and streamline accounting operations. Compile data and prepare
a variety of reports to support the finance team. Support the year-end
audit preparation and other compliance activities. Maintain financial
databases and records via business system data entry/recording, making
copies, and filing documents. Investigate questionable data and
recommend actions to resolve discrepancies. Support business with
clerical task assistance (e.g. phone calls, visitor reception, faxing,
mail etc.). Protect organization\'s value by keeping informati n
