motivated Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team in
Waukesha, WI. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for managing both
incoming and outgoing shipments. Responsibilities include managing the
flow of goods into and out of the facility, which includes verifying
receipt of incoming shipments, as well as preparing and packaging

or GED equivalent At least two (2) years of forklift operating
experience required Physically able to lift and handle 35 lbs. Basic
Computer Knowledge Experience With UPS And FedEx Preferred Dangerous
Goods experience preferred Strong verbal and written skills to

Responsibilities: Accept and document incoming deliveries, verify them
against purchase orders/pack slips, report any damage or discrepancies,
and receive them in Epicor. Audit shipments picked from the warehouse;
prepare and package for final shipments. Monitor order ship dates to
meet company\'s on-time delivery goals. Work with Customer
Service/Logistics team to prepare items for final shipment. Verify and
keep accurate records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Creating
shipping documents including pack slips, BOL, SLI, and CI. Utilize
FedEx, UPS and DHL for shipment of domestic/international products as
needed. Communicate with forwarding agents on shipments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized dock and packing station. Assist with
material movements to other departments. Operate a sit-down fork truck.
Practice safe material handling techniques. Protect organization\'s
value by keeping information confidential. Actively challenge existing
processes to drive simplification and improvement. Support the
