CFM Equipment Distributors has been helping customers succeed for over 42 years, and we're looking for a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Sparks team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in supporting both customers and teammates. You'll spend part of your day making local deliveries, but much of your time will be spent helping maintain an organized, efficient branch through inventory support, warehouse operations, will-call assistance, and branch upkeep.

This is not a role where you'll spend all day behind the wheel. Most days involve approximately 2–4 hours of driving, with the remainder of the day focused on supporting warehouse operations and helping ensure the branch runs smoothly.

As a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate, you'll help receive and put away inventory, pick and stage customer orders, load and unload trucks, support will-call customers, maintain warehouse organization, and safely deliver products to customers throughout the region.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid Nevada Class C driver's license.
• A safe driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Basic computer skills.
• General warehouse experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools.
• Forklift experience and experience operating straight box trucks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
