We are a growing manufacturer’s rep firm based in Colorado that represents commercial and industrial HVAC products. We are currently seeking a Parts Account Manager responsible for building & maintaining customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and growing market share. Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others. This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active part of our team and seeks remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify parts sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Build partnering relationships with customers and individuals responsible for making purchasing decisions
- Develop multiple relationships with key players in customer operations
- Actively manages sales growth plans for assigned accounts
- Visit and support customer accounts
- Manage multiple, ongoing opportunities focused on selling OEM and aftermarket parts & supplies
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Actively make customers aware of product offerings and promotions
- Attending or hosting sales related entertainment and events, occasionally outside normal business hours
- Possess knowledge of all vendor lines and be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers
- Works on a team with and supports the Parts Department
- Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Computer skills are essential, parts sales background is preferred
- Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning, Construction or Parts industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications skills and a demonstrated ability to influence others.
