In this role, you will operate industrial floor cleaning equipment and perform deep-cleaning duties to keep our production floor safe, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate industrial cleaning machinery (e.g., auto-scrubbers, floor sweepers, pressure washers) to clean and maintain factory floors.Perform routine deep cleaning, trash removal, and spill cleanup across production areas.Standardize equipment cleaning protocols and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.Inspect machinery before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards.Requirements & Working Conditions:Employment Type: Full-TimeFootwear Requirement: Steel-toe work boots are strictly required on duty.Safety & PPE: Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including safety glasses, high-visibility vests, and ear protection as designated.Ability to handle physical labor, stand or walk for long shifts, and operate heavy floor-care equipment.
