We’re hiring for a Business Development Specialist located in our Rockville, MD office!!
What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll help drive company growth by identifying and developing new customer relationships. You’ll source and qualify leads, communicate with prospects, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients to expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage sales activity and pipeline through our CRM system
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups to complete the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 1 year of sales or business development experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Knowledge of the construction or renovation industry is a plus
