Flooring Coordinator

CFI Inc. is searching for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced business as a Flooring Coordinator for our Facility in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will have previous fork-lift experience. We are a small warehouse and are looking for someone who enjoys wearing many hats. Regular duties will include but not limited to:

• Scheduling and receiving inventory
• Create, schedule and distribute orders daily; including tracking of materials for shipping and receiving goods into and out of the warehouse using a forklift.
• Processing, scheduling and support of customers (customer service).
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and ready to be picked up by installers for delivery and installation into customer homes.
• Communicate with customers, stores, installers and other staff to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse/office facility.
• Position may require you to lift 50-75 lbs on occasion
• Other office duties as needed and/or assigned

Work week is Monday-Friday with possible occasional Saturday work.
