As our Registered Nurse, you will work with our Behavioral Health Team providing nursing assessment and case management. You will support complex care for patients, engage in client advocacy and contribute to the plan of care that helps clients to reach healthy outcomes.
Job Profile:

What You Get to Do:
- Assist providers with direct patient care and case coordination.
- Promote awareness of our services and support entry into care, including services for substance use treatment.
- Provide nursing support outside of the clinic in designated collaborating organizations such as Home Health Care, TGTHR, All Roads, and Safehouse.
- Triage patients and evaluate immediate treatment.
- Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
Compensation: Approximately $34.70 - $43.95 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.

Salary : $35 - $44
