What we need for this job:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
  • One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience with play therapy and interest in working with younger children
  • Familiarity with working within child welfare and school systems
  • Passionate advocate for clients and families who have experienced oppression or discrimination
  • Within 24 months acquire full license of LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
  • Collaborative, and client centered experience
  • Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
  • Background, passion and desire to work with children, adolescents and their families struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety

What we offer: 

CFHW is an approved site for the Colorado Health Service Corps and National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Programs. Providers who meet program eligibility requirements may receive up to $120,000 in loan repayment assistance for serving our communities.

      Compensation: $54,763 - $76,968/hour. The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.

      Lo que necesitamos para este puesto:

      • fluido del español
      • Maestría en Psicología, Trabajo Social, Consejería o un título relacionado
      • Uno (1) o más años de experiencia en un entorno clínico
      • Experiencia en terapia de juego e interés en trabajar con niños pequeños
        Familiaridad
      • Defensor(a) apasionado(a) de clientes y familias que han experimentado opresión o discriminación

      • Obtener la licencia completa de LCSW, LPC, LAC o LMFT dentro de los 24 meses

      • Experiencia colaborativa y centrada en el cliente

      • Experiencia utilizando Entrevista Motivacional, TF-CBT, DBT o CBT en un entorno clínico

      • Experiencia, pasión y deseo de trabajar con niños, adolescentes y sus familias que enfrentan traumas, depresión y ansiedad
