What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Medical Assistant position at CFHW?
“I’ve been at Clinica for 8 years and I love being able to connect patients with resources and information they may not know about. Those resources are so easy to get, but it’s hard for patients to have access to them if they have no idea they are available. I’ve been both a patient in the community and now an employee; I understand both sides.” ~ Ybette, Medical Assistant Team Manager
“A lot of clinics don’t really care about their patients. Here at Clinica, all of the providers and staff really care about our patients. I’ve had patients come to me because they couldn’t do something and they would start to cry. I love the caring environment and being able to help those in need.” ~ Odalys, Medical Assistant Team Manager
“Clinica has been very flexible with me. I have great work/life balance. I really trust my supervisor and our relationship. I have been trusted to make decisions as a supervisor. I have a lot of support from my director, the other supervisors and staff. I also love the patients.” ~ Edna, Medical Assistant Team Manager
