The ReCenter Adult IOP supports those who are experiencing symptoms related to trauma and PTSD by helping them develop greater emotional regulation, self-awareness, and internal resilience through an integrative, trauma-informed approach. The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapist is responsible for providing a higher level of care to clients than what a traditional outpatient clinic can offer. The team offers both group and individual therapy to those who have a history of traumatic experiences and present with PTSD and/or anxiety-related disorders that interfere with the client’s functioning. The position is part of the Intensive Outpatient Services program at Clinica Family Health & Wellness and serves all clients.
Job Profile:
Do you have a passion for providing group and individual therapy to those impacted by trauma?
Do you have experience with IFS, DBT, ACT, CBT and mindfulness? Are you are looking for a place to grow your therapy skills?
Are you within six (6) months from full licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or have your license and want to be in a proven program to enhance your experience?
Are you interested in using interventions such as trauma-informed yoga, art and parts work to support clients' healing?
Do you have experience providing group psychotherapy to adults?

Responsibilities:
- Carry individual therapy caseload of 10-15 clients
- Facilitate multiple weekly IOP therapy and skills-building groups
- Screen and assess clients for their readiness to join the program and participate in a higher level of care
- Maintain client electronic health record and documentation in accordance with Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) regulations
- Collaborate with a team to plan, execute and run intensive programs and groups
- Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
- Full licensed LCSW, LPC or LMFT or within 6 months of full licensure
- Collaborative, hard worker, client-centered approach, trauma-informed
- Demonstrated use of ACT, DBT, IFS and CBT in a clinical environment
- Growing background, passion and desire to work in a community mental health center
