We are seeking a motivated and professional Junior Financial Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will support lead advisors with client service, financial planning preparation, account management, and follow-up activities while developing your own advisory skill set. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Financial Advisor role with ongoing mentorship and support.

- Here’s What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in creating financial plans, investment proposals, and performance reviews
- Participate in client meetings with lead advisors and assist in follow-up actions
- Assist advisor with gathering client information and inputting data for financial plan preparation and review
- Case design and illustrations of financial products best suited for clients
- Reach out to existing clients and prospective clients to set appointments
- Handle client service requests including paperwork processing, account transfers, and scheduling
- Monitor client accounts and ensure data accuracy within CRM and planning software
- Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and industry regulations
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client retention strategies
- All other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred & Must Obtain Within 30 Days)
- Series 65 or Equivalent (Preferred & Must Obtain Within 4 Months)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
- Clear and Professional Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) (Required)
- Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills (Required)
- Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM/Financial Planning Software (Preferred)
