The Treasury Associate supports the day‑to‑day operations of the corporate treasury function, with a focus on cash management, banking activities, working capital processes, and coordination with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and third‑party financing partners. This role provides hands‑on exposure to invoice factoring, liquidity management, and core treasury operations.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 1-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, AR/AP, or corporate finance (internship experience acceptable)
Salary Range : $55,000 USD - $65,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily cash positioning and monitoring of bank balances.
- Prepare domestic wire transfers, ACH, and other payments.
- Support Accounts Payable payment runs and ensure timely, accurate disbursements.
- Assist with invoice factoring processes, including:
- Accurately post invoice factoring cash receipts to client accounts.
- Save, record, and maintain invoice factoring cash receipt details within factoring software platforms.
- Assist with account reconciliations and assist in resolving reconciling items.
- Support ad hoc treasury projects as assigned.
