Monday - Friday/Days
Starting at $23.00 per hour PLUS full benefits

One year of experience with children and/or adolescents in behavioral & mental health.
Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct care and management of patient population.
- Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Facilitates psycho-educational groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient’s treatment plan.
- Ability to assess patient’s goals and provide emotional support.
- Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
- Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork.
- Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from program.
- Able to observe patient behavior, assess its appropriateness, enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures, and apply appropriate behavior management techniques.
- Annual certification in HWC behavior management systems.
- BA in psychology, social work or related field.
- 1 year experience working with children and/or adolescents. Knowledge and experience in dealing with child and adolescent mental health, including behavior problems, depression, grief/loss, and related family issues.
- Must have demonstrated abilities to work with a team and to be able to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
- Ability to accept supervision and guidance.
- Seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Good character, integrity, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
