What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing commercial roofing opportunities, including repairs, maintenance programs, and reroofing projects.
Success in this role means:
- Building a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship development
- Becoming a trusted advisor to commercial property owners and facility managers
- Conducting roof assessments and identifying solutions that help customers protect their assets
