CFD Research is seeking an innovative data scientist to develop interactive Large Language Model (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) agents designed to guide human performance optimization. In this role, you will transform high-frequency data sources—such as multimodal physiological and behavioral data—into interpretable metrics that power actionable decision-support systems. You will also examine and apply advanced computational methods, including applied mathematical techniques and machine learning solutions, to deploy these models for real-time or edge-capable use.

Basic Qualifications
- Master of Science in Data Science, Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in core programming languages, including Python, R, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing data pipelines and machine learning models for time-series datasets.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP techniques, and integration workflows like ChatGPT.
- Ability to apply mathematical techniques such as Fourier transformation, Markov chain models, and time series analysis to uncover complex patterns.
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and possess the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Advanced healthcare or clinical degree (e.g., Doctor of Physical Therapy) providing deep domain expertise in health and performance outcomes.
- Prior experience in cognitive neuroscience research or human-AI interaction environments.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and NLTK.
- Experience configuring AI agents to align with workflows and translating data insights into actionable clinical or behavioral interventions.
