Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Day Porter to maintain a commercial building in Maitland.
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and maintaining restrooms
Maintaining common areas and lobby spaces
Taking out trash and replacing liners
Sweeping and mopping floors
Wiping down high-touch surfaces
General cleaning and upkeep as needed
Requirements:
Ability to work independently
Dependable and punctual
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required
