CFBS Group is seeking experienced and dependable commercial cleaning subcontractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial and medical properties throughout Florida.
This is an independent contractor opportunity for established cleaning companies interested in ongoing commercial accounts and project-based work.
Service Opportunities May Include:
- Routine commercial janitorial services
- Medical facility cleaning
- Day porter services
- Floor care, including stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Post-construction and detailed cleaning
- Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
- Additional specialty cleaning projects
Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Registered business with EIN and completed W-9
- General Liability Insurance
- Workers’ Compensation Insurance or a valid Florida exemption, when legally applicable
- Reliable transportation
- Proper commercial-grade equipment and supplies
- Sufficient staffing to complete assigned scopes and schedules
- Ability to communicate professionally with CFBS Group management
- Ability to submit service reports and before-and-after photographs
- Willingness to follow property security, safety, and quality requirements
- Background screening may be required for certain properties
