Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker with 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history demonstrating reliability, attendance, and consistent job performance. This position supports the assembly of products used in the construction, mining, energy, and transportation industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Assist with material handling and other production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience required.
- Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and good attendance.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise and moving equipment.
