Child and Family Agency is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing compassionate care for children, adolescents, and their families.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT (CFA) was founded in 1972 and we have been dedicated to providing compassionate care to our service area ever since.

CFA is seeking dedicated, passionate, and energetic individuals to work in our Early Childhood Development Center in Groton. We currently have openings for experienced Teachers in our Infant and Toddler rooms.

You will support and become a part of our remarkable childcare staff who provide a safe and positive learning environment to foster personal and educational growth for the children in our care . This is a great opportunity to work with a highly skilled teaching team and support the development of young minds in a fun learning environment!

Requirements:

• Childhood Development Associate Certificate, or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field
• Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting
• Having a team centered approach to create a fun and safe environment for our children to thrive in
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility

Salary: $17.35-$20/hour depending educational background. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.
