This position oversees day-to-day safety activities on construction projects, including conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EM 385, and project-specific safety requirements. The Construction Safety Manager develops and implements site safety plans, facilitates toolbox talks and safety trainings, and maintains safety documentation, reports, and incident records. The role collaborates with project management, field supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve safety issues, support pre-task planning, and promote a strong safety culture. The Construction Safety Manager also participates in incident investigations, recommends corrective actions, and monitors follow-up to help keep projects safe, productive, and on schedule.

- Strong documentation and organizational skills, including maintaining safety records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30 (Construction), First Aid/CPR, and EM 385 training; CHST, CSP, or equivalent credentials are a plus.
