Ceva North America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead key initiatives within our Calming portfolio, including strategy and execution for the canine calming business. This role also serves as the cross ‑ portfolio lead for select calming initiatives spanning both canine and feline (e.g., Calm Clinic). In addition, this role provides support across portfolio initiatives as needed.
This position requires a brand marketer with proven expertise, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to independently drive programs that strengthen our calming leadership, enhance customer engagement, and deliver meaningful business results. Responsibilities And Key Duties:
Lead Calming Strategy & Execution (Inline Pipeline)
- Lead strategic planning and execution for the canine-calling business, across in line brands and future pipeline innovations.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable growth strategies and commercialization plans.
- Manage annual planning, business performance analysis, forecasting, and budget stewardship with strong accountability and an eye towards continuous improvement and optimization.
- Support selected cross-portfolio calming initiatives spanning canine and feline, based on business priorities.
- Contribute to special projects and broader Companion Animal marketing initiatives where additional leadership, coordination, or execution support is needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a strong team-first mindset in balancing core brand ownership with broader business needs.
- Partner with commercial teams to translate brand strategy into customer-facing plans and execution.
- Create high quality marketing materials (e.g., sales tools, digital assets, brochures, social content, educational resources).
- Manage project workflows with precision and use insights, analytics, and competitive trends to inform and optimize programs.
- Support annual planning, forecasting, budget management, and ongoing business.
- Track KPIs and business performance to identify learnings and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between brand priorities, commercial plans, and operational execution.
- Build strong partnerships with internal commercial and operational teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliver seamless execution across initiatives.
- Manage relationships with agency partners, external vendors, and internal creative resources to deliver high quality, on time outputs.
- Show curiosity and initiative in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and moving work forward with limited direction.
- Step up to lead projects and workstreams when needed, bringing energy, ownership, and a collaborative approach.

- Strong project management with the ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines.
- Highly adaptable, results ‑ driven, and able to thrive in a fast ‑ paced environment.

- This role requires approximately 10% travel, with a high concentration of customer meetings and industry conferences in Q1.
