Air Export

• Direct Air Export experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is currently or previously an Air Export agent and understands international export operations. General logistics experience alone may not be sufficient.
• Experience with export documentation, freight forwarding, shipment processing, tracking, invoicing, and resolving documentation or shipment discrepancies is important.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills, including providing shipment updates, coordinating with internal and external customers, and resolving service issues.
• Microsoft Outlook proficiency is a must, along with solid general computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• The person should be extremely detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to use critical thinking when reviewing shipment information and documentation.
• Fully onsite. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• $25–$32 per hour, depending on experience.

Best-fit candidate: Someone with hands-on Air Export or international freight-forwarding experience who can immediately manage customer communication, export documentation, shipment tracking, and daily Outlook correspondence with minimal training.
