Freelance On‑Site Interpreter

We are seeking experienced freelance on‑site interpreters to support our clients across Montgomery County and the surrounding area. We have ongoing needs in both general and legal settings and are looking to expand our pool of qualified linguists.

Languages Needed

We are particularly interested in interpreters for the following languages:

Key Responsibilities

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous on‑site interpretation between English and your language of expertise
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Accurately convey meaning, tone, and intent while maintaining neutrality and professionalism
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all client and company policies
  
  

Requirements

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Native or near‑native proficiency in English and at least one of the listed languages
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Prior professional interpreting experience; legal experience is a plus
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Familiarity with interpreter ethics and standards of practice
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Ability to travel for on‑site assignments within Montgomery County and nearby areas
