We are currently seeking to add an Advisory Training Specialist to add to our team.
This position will be a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office 2 days per week and will travel domestically as needed.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
What Will You Do
The salary range for this role is 62,000.00 - 100,000, plus competitive performance-based variable compensation package.Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.

What Will You Do
- Become asubjectmatter expertonallaspectsoftheCeterafieldtechnologyplatform aswellas the associated business processes.
- Delivervirtualandin-personinstructor-ledtrainingeventssuchaswebinars,breakoutsessions, and workshops.
- Provideone-to-oneandsmallgroupcoachingtofinancialprofessionalsandassistantsonthe technology platform and other business processes.
- Presenttechnologydemonstrationsforrecruitsandotherinterestedparties.
- Facilitatelivevirtualforumsanddiscussions.
- Proactivelysolicitfeedbackontrainingandsupportneedsfrommembersofthefield organization.
- Interpret,prioritize,andevaluateincomingquestionsfromusers.
- Providetimely,accurateresponsestoinboundandescalatedservicecalls,chatsandemails related to usage of the technology platform applications.
- Conveytechnicalinformationinnon-technicaltermsandclearlypresentcomplexinformationto a variety of audiences.
- Assist in the development oftrainingcollateralincludingpresentations,jobaidsandother resources.
- What you will have:
- 3 yearsofexperienceintheFinancialServicesIndustry
- 1 yearoftechnicaland/ortraining experience
- Phenomenalcommunication,presentation,public-speakingandpeople skills
- Strongcustomerservice, problem-solving,andcommunicationskills(Positiveattitudeand ambition to help others) including adaptability to different personality types
- Bachelor'sdegree(Militaryeducationorexperiencemay beconsideredinlieuofcivilian requirements listed)
- ExperiencewithintheindependentBroker/Dealerspace.
