Senior Analyst 
Overview
Cetechs is seeking Senior Analyst to support The Federal Protective Service Region 2 to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to regional offices. These positions will support the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, and regional branch offices in fulfilling the FPS mission. 

Location: Regional Office, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278 

Core Responsibilities: 
  • Provide direct support to the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, and management team 
  • Plan and provide analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation 
  • Support agency business/operational process improvements and modernization projects 
  • Assist with identification of issues, conduct analyses, propose solutions, and support corrective action selection 
  • Develop business management techniques and organizational development strategies 
Key Duties: 
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, memorandums, and meeting minutes 
  • Provide recommendations for administrative and management process improvements 
  • Collect, assemble, and provide daily operational data and reports to management 
  • Track and execute regional Correspondence Analyst Task Tracker (CATT) system actions 
  • Provide oversight and guidance for employee performance evaluations using USA Performance management system 
  • Run reports, compile data, and conduct analyses of threat information and criminal cases in Law Enforcement Information Management System (LEIMS) 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information 
Qualifications: 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (required) 
  • Experience: 10 years (required)
