Position Summary
The MEB Case Coordinator supports Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) and Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) processing activities by collecting, organizing, and maintaining case documentation.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time
- On-site support required
- Direct support to MEB and disability processing operations
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain MEB case files.
- Gather required medical documentation.
- Upload records into MEB Prep systems.
- Track MEB milestones and suspense dates.
- Coordinate with Soldiers, Case Managers, and MEB personnel.
- Prepare reports and case summaries.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for disability processing.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Medical administrative experience preferred.
- Experience handling confidential records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
