Collision Repair Estimator

About the Role

Cesares Collision Repair and Towing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team in Visalia, CA. This role is responsible for writing accurate repair estimates, managing repair orders from start to finish, and providing excellent communication to customers, insurance partners, and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write accurate repair estimates and process supplements within required timeframes
• Communicate with insurance companies and document all approvals and coverage details
• Verify customer authorizations, payments, sublet work, and parts orders
• Maintain complete, organized notes for each repair order in CCC
• Take and properly label high-quality vehicle photos for documentation
• Provide customers with timely updates on repair status, timelines, and payment information
• Perform quality control checks and test drives when needed
• Coordinate daily with technicians, production, and the parts department
• Assist with total loss documentation and processing

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience required
• Proficiency with CCC One or similar estimating software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
