What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP / AR Clerk position at Cesar Chavez Foundation?
Summary:
Compiles, classifies, records, verifies, and maintains data and payments to accounts by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Reviews invoices and vouchers for validity, coding and approval to pay
- Codes and enters all centralized invoices and vouchers for payment
- Generates and processes weekly check runs
- Generates and processes emergency check runs
- Answers all vendor inquiries, analyzes vendor accounts and reconciles vendor statements
- Maintains all accounts payable files
- Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks
- Assists with special projects, as assigned
- Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience:

Salary/Wage/Benefits:
