Duties/Responsibilities:
- Travel with an Underage Purchaser; identify and verify site address provided
- Facilitate and observe undercover buys in coordination with trained Underage
- Collect evidence of violations, such as photographs and tobacco products
- Complete compliance check inspection forms, detailing any violations, when
- Review retailers for compliance of advertising & labeling signage
Required qualifications/skills:
- Inspectors must be current law enforcement officers or employees of the state, county, or local city/town
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Strict adherence to deadlines and privacy
- Must be able to undergo a security clearance background check and become
- Contingent upon contract award.
