Job Description:

CES Group Engineers, LLP is seeking a Senior Civil Project Engineer/Senior Project Manager, with five (5) to ten plus (10 ) years, or more, of land development and/or public infrastructure design experience to join our growing Raleigh, NC team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Must be capable of organizing, prioritizing tasks, and leading a team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
2. Must be able to work independently and perform calculations and design tasks, prepare reports, construction drawings, specifications, and associated project deliverables with limited direction, while managing resources and budgets for multiple concurrent projects.
3. Development of project scopes and fees.
4. Preparation and/or review of layouts, surveys, details, estimates and other work products.
5. Interaction with clients and occasional travel to client or project sites.
6. Coordination with the work of others.
7. This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, utilizing current and up-to-date office equipment and programs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an A.B.E.T. accredited engineering program.
2. Professional Engineering License (PE) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
3. Five (5) to ten plus (10 ) years of land development and/or public infrastructure engineering and project management experience.
4. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management design.
5. Commercial and residential land development design and project management experience.
6. Public roadway and drainage system design experience is a plus.
7. Good interpersonal skills, and well-developed oral and written communication skills.
8. Ability to effectively interface with other project team members, project partners, clients and government agencies.
