What You’ll Do...
Customer Support & Relationship Building
- Be the primary contact for customers through phone and email
- Deliver warm, professional, and solutions oriented support
- Understand customer needs and connect them with the right support
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up
Order Processing & Operations Coordination
- Process and manage orders using accounting software and our website
- Coordinate with Accounting and Warehouse to ensure accurate fulfillment
- Handle returns, tracking updates, and delivery follow ups
- Keep documentation organized and workflows clean
Systems, Tools & Workflow Management
- Some of the softwares used: Shipstation, Acumatica, Shopify, Gorgias, ESI, Google
- Help streamline processes and improve daily operations
- Document workflow changes and support clarity across departments

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Operations (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Able to work full-time on-site in Haltom City, TX
- Open to learning and using AI
