What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Lead position at Cervices, LLC?
Cervices, LLC is a local woman-owned roofing, gutter, and siding contractor in Brooks KY. We are currently seeking a production lead to coordinate and facilitate installations.
A successful candidate will be motivated to consistently improve outcomes for customers and efficiency for fellow team members. This position involves activities such as:
- Material pick up and delivery
- Scheduling
- Inventory management
- Field to office liaison
- Serves as the on-site point of contact for property owners and installers
This is a fast paced position and involves both office and field duties. Must pass background check. Safe driving required and a clean driving record.
Pay starting at $20 hourly with increases based on experience and performance - a working knowledge of construction materials and techniques is required, professional demeanor, bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required. Comfort with technology and the ability to learn our CRM quickly is a requirement.
