Responsibilities
- Install a variety of residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, single & double ovens, dishwahser, microwave and Tv on all units with accuracy and efficiency.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot and complete home appliance installations.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assemble appliances and connect electrical components following safety standards.
- Assist with delivery logistics by operating box trucks or similar vehicles to transport appliances to customer locations And install on site.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Skills
- Proven experience in appliance installation and field service operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting
- Ability to read technical diagrams, and electrical wiring plans accurately.
- Experience as a delivery driver using box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC units, and assembly procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities.
- Familiarity with equipment install techniques and safety protocols in residential settings.
