Overview
The Kitchen Crew Team Member supports daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cooking, plating, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. This role is essential in ensuring our guests receive high-quality meals in a timely manner.
This position may include prep cook duties, line support, dish support, and general kitchen assistance depending on experience and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking tasks
- Execute assigned station duties during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with chefs, managers, and front-of-house staff
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries properly
Skills
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
