🦷 Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
- Conduct patient assessments and charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and home care
- Identify areas of concern and clearly communicate findings to the doctor
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
- Help create a comfortable, reassuring experience for every patient
✅ Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Local anesthesia certification (preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Gentle, compassionate chairside manner
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional demeanor
- Experience with digital charting and X-rays (Eaglesoft experience is a plus)
