Why You'll Want This Job

• Real Pay, No Guesswork: $21–$28/hr. based on experience and geography, paid weekly/biweekly, plus lead-generation bonuses - uncapped
• Your Own Route From Day One: A take-home company vehicle and all your equipment provided — you're trusted to run your route and represent us directly with customers.
• Paid Training, Paid Licensing: We cover your training and support you through required pest control licensing — no pest control background needed.
• Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, Life Insurance, company paid disability, 401(k) with Employer Matching, and PTO.
• A Real Next Step: This role is built to move you into our Pest Control Technician position — with additional paths into sales or branch leadership for technicians who want to keep growing.
• Stable, Year-Round Work: Pest control is a stable, high-demand essential service — full-time, 12 months a year.

What You'll Do

• Run your assigned daily service route, inspecting properties and applying treatments safely and correctly.
• Talk directly with customers about what you found and what you did — you're the face of Certus Home Services on every stop.
• Follow all PPE and safety/compliance standards on every application.
• Track treatment results and follow up when needed.
• Keep accurate service records and keep your vehicle and equipment ready to go.

What Success Looks Like — And What It Gets You

Utility Technicians who own their route the way we know you can typically:

• Complete 98% of scheduled stops and keep documentation 90% accurate — this is what earns you a bigger route and more responsibility.
• Generate 8 qualified leads a month, which feeds directly into your monthly bonus.
• Resolve 95% of service issues within 24 hours and keep customers highly satisfied — the track record that fast-tracks you toward your Pest Control Technician license.
• Drive safely with a zero-incident record — because we only hand a growing route and more autonomy to people we trust completely.

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license with 5 years of driving experience and a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• A strong work ethic and comfort working independently, outdoors, in varying conditions.
• No pest control experience required — we'll train you.

Nice to Have (not required)

• Prior pest control or related field/route-based experience.
