Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Unit Manager position at Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Starting negotiable salary for this position, based on experience, is $75,000.00 annually
Schedule: This position will work Monday through Friday in a supervisory position assisting the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing with clinical operations in the community. As part of this supervisory position, you will be a part of the On-Call rotation and may need to assist with oversight of operations on multiple shifts.

Responsibilities
- Oversee Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans and plans of correction.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Complete necessary audits and additional tasks as assigned by Director of Nursing.
