Summary
As a Resident Services Director at Sterling Suites Senior Living, you will play a vital role in assisting with and overseeing the daily operations of our Assisted Living community. This position is essential to our mission of delivering loving care and quality service, ensuring that every resident's voice is heard and valued.
This position comes with a starting negotiable salary of: $65,000
The typical schedule for this opportunity will be discussed during the interview process. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position will be a combination of day shift nurse and management team responsibilities and is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

- Oversee the daily operations of the residential community, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- Manage resident admissions, discharges, and overall satisfaction.
- Ensure that resident rights are upheld and advocate for their needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor budgetary performance and manage operational costs effectively.
