Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

LPN base rate ranges from $28.50 to $30 an hour, based on experience
RN base rate is $40 an hour
Shift differential opportunity $2/hr
The typical schedule for this opportunity is full-time nights, 7pm - 7:30am.
Schedule 1: Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Schedule 2: Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
Schedule 3 & 4: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
Salary : $29 - $30
