Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Beacon House Senior Living. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five (5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedule week 1 work Sunday, Thursday week 2 work Monday Thursday Saturday

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
