Summary
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.
This position has a starting pay rate up to $21 an hour including shift differential
- Shift differential is $0.50 from 3p-11p
- Shift differential is $1 from 11p-7a
Night Shift times are 7pm to 7am
The typical schedule for this opportunity is three(3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Some examples of available schedules include:
- Working Tuesday and Thursday weekly plus every other weekend
- Working a schedule that allows for up to 6 days off in a row!

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
- Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
