Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Pay for these positions is based on years of licensure:

• Pay starting up to $29.25 an hour for LPNs including Shift Differential
• Pay starting up to $35.75 an hour for RNs including Shift Differential
• Night Shift Nursing positions receive a Shift Differential of $0.75 an hour from 3pm-11pm  and $0.50 an hour from 11pm to 7am

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week. 

Shift times are 7pm to 7am on Night Shift 

Some examples of available schedules are:

• Working Monday and Friday every week as well as every other Weekend
• Working Tuesday and Thursday every week as well as every other weekend
• Working every Sunday, Monday and Friday
• Working every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

Salary : $3,000 - $5,000
