Summary
As a RN Nursing Supervisor at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality patient care and overseeing nursing staff within our communities. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence and personalized service and will be the Infection Preventionist at the community. A Registered Nurse with an Infection Preventionist certification is a plus, but Registered Nureses interested in being part of a clinical management team are welcome to apply! We will even help you obtain your Infection Preventionist certification if you do not already have it.
Starting negotiable salary for this position, based on experience, is $76,000
This position will be a part of the on-call rotation in the community. This position will work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Oversee medication administration and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient health and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Facilitate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
